You can hear Scott Thumma Speak at the following places:

September 19th at 7pm at Hartford Seminary a talk on his new book Beyond Megachurch Myths. This event is free and everyone is welcome.

He will also be speaking at the Religion Newswriters Association conference in San Antonio, Texas in the afternoon on September 29th.

He and Odell Cooper, a Seminary Alumni, will conduct an educational event for anyone interested on the 20th of Oct. entitled Using the Web and Technology to Advance Your Ministry from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., at Hartford Seminary. The two instructors will also teach an online course on the same topic the 21st through the 27th of Oct. that is also open to the public.

Scott will be speaking on Sept. 23rd at First Church of Woodbury 6:00pm until 8:00pm on the topic: What Makes a Church Grow? Observations of the Mega Church Phenomena. Visitors are welcome as long as they contact the church prior to the event www.firstchurchwoodbury.org/

He will be in Tampa FL on Oct. 30 - Nov. 4th delivering three papers at the Religious Research Association national meeting.
