About the Seminary

Mustafa Boz

Master of Arts, Islamic Chaplaincy

I see myself as one of the luckiest students who have found an opportunity to study Islamic Studies and Muslim-Christian Relations at Hartford Seminary. After many experiences with professors, classmates and staff, I have come to realize that Harford Seminary not only is the right place, offering a rich academic program in comparative theological studies, but also is a unique institution committed to mutual religious dialogue, diversity and deep respect for different faith traditions.

Here I am in a warm and special place where the members of the Abrahamic traditions, free from prejudices and stereotypes, can learn, understand and share their wisdom. I think it is the Hartford Seminary experience which helped me to understand closely the connection of the Abrahamic traditions.
