While I was in Syria, I had been encouraged to study in the United States, especially at Hartford Seminary. I realized that it would be a big challenge in my academic life. But, I decided to come here and do my Master’s Degree.
I have found that Hartford Seminary is a unique place which offers a wonderful program in Islamic studies and Christian Muslim relations and which is diverse in many ways.
Knowledge can be acquired through several avenues. In my opinion, I feel happy when I get knowledge which I had no idea about before. That new understanding is what Hartford Seminary has provided me. The faculty and staff are professional in their fields, and the style of teaching is really amazing. All the classes I have taken so far are wonderful.
To be honest, my studies have broadened me since I became a student at Hartford Seminary.
