Professional Ministries Study Program

The Professional Ministries
Study Program

The Professional Ministries Study Program is an educational option for clergy and other religious leaders who seek to reflect on their practice of ministry. Students in the Professional Ministries Study Program will work with their academic advisor to design a 12-credit program suited to their individual educational objectives by taking advantage of the courses offered as electives in Hartford Seminary’s Doctor of Ministry program. All credits earned in the Professional Ministries Study Program can be counted toward the Doctor of Ministry program if a student later decides to pursue that objective and is admitted to the Doctor of Ministry program.
