Planning to graduate in 2015?

Below is a list of important deadlines to ensure that all of your requirements are met in time for the May 15th, 2015 ceremony.

Important Dates/Deadlines

December 15 All students (DMin/MA/GC) must submit the Graduation Application to the Registrar
March 3 Last day for MA students to submit a complete draft of final requirement to advisor
April 1 Last day for MA students to contact Dean’s Assistant to schedule oral examination. Must submit completed MA Exam Scheduling Form and two copies of the final requirement.
April 30 All Graduating Students (DMin/MA/GC) grades due to Registrar. All course work must be completed before this date. Please talk to your instructors to determine exact dates.

DMin Students – Even if you do not plan to attend the May ceremony you need to fill out the Graduation Application. If you plan to receive your diploma at your ministry site please be sure to specify that on the form.

    If you will be receiving your degree at your own site please list the:
  • If you do not participate your diploma/certificate will be mailed to you after graduation. Please be sure to keep us updated with your mailing address. We do not order rental robes and hoods for ceremonies in the ministry setting.
