Use this application if you are applying for one of the following:
• Doctor of Ministry
• Master of Arts
• Cooperative Master of Divinity
• Islamic Chaplaincy Program
• Graduate Certificate
DO NOT use the online application if you are applying for the International Ph.D. Program, BMP (Black Ministries Program) or WLI (Women’s Leadership Institute) - contact Miriam Therese Winter, Director of Women's Leadership Institute.
When using our online application, you will receive a user name and password, which will enable you to save your data and re-enter your application at your convenience until it is complete.

Islamic Chaplaincy (MA and GC-72 credits)
The following programs require two letters of reference:
Graduate Certificate in Islamic Chaplaincy (24 credits)
The following programs require one letter of reference:
Graduate Certificates except the two listed above
