Use this application if you are applying for one of the following:

• Doctor of Ministry
• Master of Arts
• Cooperative Master of Divinity
• Islamic Chaplaincy Program
• Graduate Certificate

DO NOT use the online application if you are applying for the International Ph.D. Program, BMP (Black Ministries Program) or WLI (Women’s Leadership Institute) - contact Miriam Therese Winter, Director of Women's Leadership Institute.

When using our online application, you will receive a user name and password, which will enable you to save your data and re-enter your application at your convenience until it is complete.

To get started, either save the online application instructions document to your computer for frequent reference or print it out, as you will need it as you progress through the online process.

Letter of Recommendation

The following programs require three letters of reference:
Doctor of Ministry
Master of Arts
Islamic Chaplaincy (MA and GC-72 credits)

The following programs require two letters of reference:
Graduate Certificate in Islamic Chaplaincy (24 credits)
 

The following programs require one letter of reference:
Graduate Certificates except the two listed above
