Professor David D. Grafton will present at a seminar at Georgetown University’s Center for Contemporary Arab Studies that will look at “The Heritage and Contemporary Status of Christianity in the Middle East and North Africa.”
Professor Grafton, expert on the Coptic Church in Egypt, will provide historical overview.
The workshop will include site visits to two architecturally significant churches in Washington, D.C. — Sts. Peter and Paul Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church and St. George Greek Orthodox Church.
