Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Seminary has received additional federal funds as part of the CARES Act Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF). The Seminary has allocated a portion of these funds to be used for a one-time need-based grant to students for expenses related to the disruption of campus operations due to the pandemic. Distribution of these funds will be done on a first-come first-served basis until exhausted.
Grants will not exceed $750 per student for the 2020-21 award year.
To be considered all of the following criteria must be met:
- Must be enrolled at least half-time in an eligible program (defined below), and enroll in at least one synchronous Zoom course during the 2020-21 academic year:

- Must have a completed, error free, 2020-21 FAFSA on file and meet all eligibility to participate criteria as defined under section 484 of the Higher Education Act.
- Must have experienced unanticipated expenses/loss of income due to COVID-19
