Bricks and Mortals | Hartford Seminary

Bricks and Mortals (AM-671)

This course teaches pastors, seminarians, and not-for-profit leaders how to think ethically about mission and maintenance, buildings and programs, body and soul in one motion. We now think about them pre-queer or in binary terms, we can do better.  We’ll learn about how to maximize mission and money in the approach to sacred space.  A practical theology course, it adds a sensibility about place to our experience of the parish within the larger subject of parish ministry.
