Leadership for Change; Navigating the White Waters of the 21st Century (AM-629)

In a rapidly changing world congregations often function as though they are somehow exempt or excluded from the tumult created by these changes. Those of us seeking to lead these congregations are keenly aware of the impact, but knowing changes are happening and knowing what to do next are two different things.  The purpose of this course is to identify more clearly the changes buffeting congregations, explore the challenges these changes present, and identify leadership skills and approaches that best harness what may be good in these societal transitions of our day.
