Hartford Seminary uses FACTS Management Company to process all installments, credit/debit card, and direct withdrawal payments.

FIRST TIME FACTS USERS: Choose “Create a FACTS account” and follow the steps. Once you have set up an account, you can select: Set up a payment plan. You will then be shown several terms to choose from. The current term is: 2018 Fall Semester.
RETURNING FACTS USERS: Choose “Sign in to Manage Your FACTS account.” You will need your previously set user name and password. Once your account has been accessed, you can select Set up a payment plan. You will then be shown several terms to choose from. The current term is: 2018 Fall Semester
Once you have entered your payment information, you are finished.
After your account has been set up the Business Office will access your account and enter a dollar amount based on your tuition charges for the current semester. After the charges have been entered you will receive a notification from FACTS.
